Uniform
All students must wear an approved Karate Uniform (Gi). Students may supply their own or purchase one from Mr. Tony Valvona (Head Instructor) for $40.
Equipment
Sparring and tournament equipment is available for purchase for all levels.
Gloves, cloth shin pads, foot pads and hi-top boots are not mandatory. However, they provide valuable protection and allow training at a higher level with less potential injury. At a minimum gloves are highly recommended.
